    Hello Mr. Weaver,

    thank you for your detailed run down on the assistance programs available to British Columbians so far. As a self-employed individual without any employees, the way I understand the eligibility criteria for the $40,000 loan is that I would not qualify for it as I do not have payrolls. Are you aware of any other programs for those of us that do not meet these criteria? Thank you very much for your time and I hope that you are doing well in these uncertain times. Regards, Florian
