On March 29th, Andrew will be presenting to Camosun College business and economics students as part of the College’s Econ Speakers Cafe Series. The purpose of the Speakers series is to invite leading experts in different fields and industries to present their ideas, findings and research results to students. The topic of Andrew’s presentation will be Political Challenges and Opportunities to Climate Change Mitigation: A View from the Front Lines.

On Friday, March 25th, Andrew will be participating in the opening ceremonies of the 2016 World Cups Youth Soccer Festival at Lochside Park. The World Cups is a unique U7-U18 small sided youth soccer festival that has been a part of the Victoria Sports community for 30 years. The Festival’s opening ceremonies will include short speeches, teams marching out to their assigned countries national anthems and the delivery of the game ball.

On Tuesday, March 29th, MLA Andrew Weaver will be hosting a community Town Hall on the topic of Seniors and Health Care, with special guest B.C. Seniors Advocate Isobel Mackenzie. For more information, please click here.
